Health and Safety
Under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, every employer and self employed person must develop a Safety Statement outlining how they safeguard themselves, their staff and other vested interests at the workplace.
Many insurance companies are insisting that their business customers provide safety statements as part of the insurance quotation/renewal process and safety statements are also a requirement for security companies wishing to obtain contractors licences.
We focus on preparing detailed yet company-specific, practical and workable statements for our clients. We work mainly with service industries (pubs, restaurants, building sub-contractors, security companies etc.) and we ensure that our clients have a full understanding of their obligations under the legislation.
