Asgard Management Solutions was established by Darren Rudden in 2004.

We initially worked with SMEs who recognised the need for quality management (e.g. ISO9001) within their business, but did not have the necessary resources or expertise in-house. However we also work with larger companies and multi-nationals such as Hasbro Ireland, Smartply Europe and FÁS, helping them to maintain and improve their existing systems through reviews, training and internal auditing. In addition, we work with a leading certification company, carrying out certification and surveillance audits both in quality and security management.

Since the introduction of the Private Security Services Act in 2004, we have become heavily involved with the security industry, helping companies to implement the systems needed and guiding them through the complex licensing process. Having worked with over 100 security companies to date, we are recognised as experts in the industry.

We develop Safety Statements for clients ensuring that they are manageable and workable, while still meeting all legislative requirements.
